Steve, if you go on Project Runways website Tim has a blog, and he too couldn't understand how he won. Vincent Sucks and he should have been voted off, not the very talented Angela. I think ir's just cause he's good TV. Below is the link to Tim's Blog.
I hate to agree, but I think y'all are right. The lil "bitch" fight between him and the scary horse-face lady at the end kind of sealed the deal on that one. Allison is actually a good designer - Vincent should have left his money in his 401k and gone to work for one of those paint-it-yourself pottery places or something. Somewhere that his oddity would blend in with the crowd.
